On Order: Good Smile Company Hayakawa Yuzuko
I have honestly no idea who this figure is of but wanted her as soon as I saw the prototype shots. Unfortunate she’s changed some since those pictures, her wrecking ball has shunk to less than half the ball. It’s really unfortunate.

Hayakawa Yuzuko is sculpted by Yokota Ken and has quite a heafty price tag at ¥9,800 / $115 CAD. I’m not sure why since they cut down the figure’s size some what, but she still appears to be well done so I’m going to stick it out with the pre-order. She’s from a series called Peppermint Yuzuko if you want to google it. Lastly, she’ll be 1/8th scale yet still measuring in at 30 cm tall, probably due to her hair. Her release date should be sometime in March 2010.

Hayakawa Yuzuko goes against my usual taste in women. The majority of the time I don't find women who exceed my short stature to be attractive yet I get the feeling Yuzuko here would tower over me as she's easily the tallest figure I own and she's only a 1/8th scale figure! Finally Good Smile Company has decided this figure is worthy of a release. I only wish they eventually make the same decision with Kyrie Rason. Inaba Yui is from the eroge Flyable Heart illustrated by Noizi Ito, I've not played this game and have no real desire to do so, but I loved Yui's character design. I admit this figure has a somewhat boring pose and the character doesn't stand out well amongst other Good Smile Company products as of recent, but she's still cute and even better totally affordable.more »

Yea the whole chopping down of her base completely put me off on this one…shame really.
I still think she’s pretty cool, but yeah it sorta ruined the figure in a way. I wonder why they felt the need to do it?
